The KINGFISHER Programme:

The Kingfisher Programme is a new venture hosted by Dominion in cooperation with, and sponsored by, "Panicky Mothers of Duncan".

The programme is intended to provide an experience for youths having legal, social or other difficulties where they can go to sea on a working vessel and learn the valuable skills of seamanship, and gain experience in the fishing and trading industries.
